Tables and Badge Art

Howdy! I'm trying to figure a few things out so I'll be totally ready when I get down to PA. ^_^ Any and all help you can offer would be great and...sorry if these questions have already been asked. Okay! Here goes:

#1. Now, I heard about badges and that you submit a name, but, I just read someone speaking on badge art... Is that the same badge as the one you put on your table registration form, or, is that like a badge you create on your own for show?

#2. I know which table that I'm going to get, but I'm wondering, is there a divider or wall or curtain behind the table or, is it exposed to the booth directly behind you?

Thanks a bunch Smiling

1) The latter. And yes, you can have more than one, as depicted in this picture.

2) No. Here's an overhead shot of our Dealers Room. Note that since we'll be in Hall B this coming year, the aisles will be wider and the tables longer.

Oh, I see. So, if I wanted to make another badge for myself, just for fun, that would be acceptable?

Ah, that's a good shot. Thank you! One more thing, I just noticed...the tables have draping...are those provided or do we bring our own cloths to place over our tables?

Quite! It is a time-honored tradition! Smiling

Yes, the draping is provided on the tables.

You are more than welcomed to wear many wonderful art badges, many of us do. But you must wear your convention issued badge at all times in the convention space.

OH! Also (and forgive me if this is a stupid question) but, when you buy a table...you purchase it for the duration of the convention, right? Or, is it a day by day sort of deal? Also, if you're only staying for, for example, two days, what happens to your table when you leave?

If you buy a dealer table, it is yours for the duration of the convention. You can leave it as often as you wish, but we suggest bringing along a sheet to cover your wares if you're going to be gone a while.

Thank you so much to everyone who helped me out! Smiling I think I've got everything ready in so far as registration and such. I'll get to work on my badge and make sure my goods are ready for when I get there. Thanks again, everyone! :hugs:

Howdy! Long time no chat *blushes* But, I have just one more question... I've gotten nearly everything set and ready to go for the convention, but I still haven't gotten word on a table. I'm growing just a little concerned. Does anyone have a time frame of the time it takes after you've sent payment and PA tax ID #'s to the time it takes for them to notify you that you have a table? I don't want to sound like a hen Sticking out tongue but, I just don't want to miss out for something that I may have failed to follow up on on my part. Sad That would really whomp! Thanks a bunch in advance! Smiling
