Thanks guys, I totally forgot about furbid since I almost never visit it. eBay proved to be useful since I found someone who sells arctic fox tails and ears!
Planning on continuing browsing to see most of my options, so if anyone else has any websites they know of, please keep posting.
Edit: WOW!!!! I see he made a fursuit for a person I know who went to my University! Sadly I never met her, but I saw her photos in the Univ. paper.
His prices are very good. I got my set for $61, that's for the tail, ears, and shipping all together. Very good considering some people/places charge $50+ for just a tail.
Pretty much anywhere. Tails and ears are sold on furbid, ebay, online, at furry cons and even stores like Party City. Instructions for making your own: http://wolfden.critter.net/fursuits/constrctn/ears.htm

I got mine from Jax the Bat. He has good prices and good quality.
Here's his DA page (you can get to his fursuit site from his journal)

And here is me wearing the ears and tail I bought from him

I'm definitely going to send him a note concerning pricing.

My friend and I amke tail and ear sets for $50 with an array of designs and things you can add.
Think of it like a Buffet...You can have ice cream and Potroast mixed together if you want, or spinach, gummi bears, and potatoes.
Although that does not sound good.
But if you want something over 5 feet...or close to my hieght (6'1"), the price goes up by 5-10 dollars depending on how elaborate it is..
