Neat , even though I'm sure there would be some small problems , because I speak quebec regional french .. because of the accent and the weird expressions that no one who learns french french understands XD

Un petite peu.
Unfortunately, I'm 15 years removed from my summers in France and I'm afraid my French is rather terrible at this point.

Warum können Sie die deutsche Sprache nicht sprechen? Es ist leicht.

(Because I'm German, I know the language so well.)
Pardon, I love this language!

I look forward to further sampling the many interesting languages that I come across at Anthrocon. (I do a pretty convincing English English, too.
)
My ancestry is German, so I felt it necessary to adopt German as my second language, in respect for my history, and their culture. Furthermore, I have many friends in Germany, including TaniDaReal (she is so sweet), and because of it, it furthers my desire to better my German. I'll speak it whenever I can.
I've learned French from my mother, as well as some relatives and friends from Canada, whom have been known to speak a little French. I can speak a few phrases, but that's about it. I'm afraid that my French pronunciation is a bit stressed, and doesn't sound quite right.
I also know a little Spanish, from times that I have visited México. Though not my favourite language, I can and do speak it occasionally to our Latino-American customers at work just as a sign of respect.
I've also sampled a few words from Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Swahili, Zulu, and even "cryptoquiptic" languages like Al Bhed, from a certain famous videogame, ^^
And... Klingon... from Star Trek (being the trekky that I am, I showed up in my Admiral's uniform last year.)
Languages are amazing things, and you can see similarities in all of them, with each language having origin in Latin, Greek, Hebrew, Arabic, and Aramaic. Our differences can make ourselves unique and interesting in human culture. Much the same way our "fursonas" define our individuality.

Je ne parle pas bein francias.
I can't get the accent marks online. Not to mention I haven't had much of a need to speak any french in the last 8 years.
