Anthrocon 2008 is pleased to welcome its honored guest:

FLOYD NORMAN. Despite having been officially named a Disney Legend in October of 2007, Floyd is such a modest and unassuming man that he was reluctant to accept the title of Guest of Honor, so Anthrocon is pleased to welcome its first ever "GUEST OF OK." His modesty belies a career that has truly earned him a place in animation history. He was the first African American animator to work at Disney Studios, and one of the few people you will ever meet that has actually worked under the direct supervision of Walt Disney himself. Floyd's credits include the Furry classics Disney's Robin Hood, the Jungle Book, and 101 Dalmations. He has also had a hand in some of the more modern classics such as Mulan, Monsters Inc., Toy Story 2, and a host of others.
