Customer Service Related questions

Please visit the Convention Operations Office, located in the Crawford Room on the Third Floor of The Westin hotel. It is staffed 24 hours a day with staff members who can answer your questions or address any concerns that you may have.

Please visit the Operations Office and let us know. We maintain a logbook with records of all such incidents and will follow up with the hotel or convention center in our "post-con" meeting after the convention.

If you have concerns about the behavior of a staff member during the convention, please come to the Operations Office and let us know.

If you do not feel comfortable coming to the Operations Office to talk, you may speak with any Anthrocon Board Member about the matter. Board members are identified by badges which say "Board" in the corners and have differently colored ribbons that say "Board Member" on them.
